When our founder, Fred Luddy, was a young programmer, he wrote an order-entry system so the company clerk, Phyllis, wouldn't have to type the same information into order forms over and over anymore. Much to Fred’s amazement, she started crying actual tears of joy. That was the moment he realized the power of technology to make people’s lives better. Over the past 20 years, ServiceNow has been dedicated to putting people like Phyllis at the center of everything we do. Together, we’re making the world work better for everyone. And we’re just getting started. Thank you to the customers, partners, and employees, past and present, who have been a part of our journey over the last two decades. Here’s to many more!

🌟 Marketing Interns' Lunch with our CMO and some of our marketing SVPs and VP! 🌟 "Even though ServiceNow is becoming a big company, the people are very real and make ServiceNow so special," one of our marketing intern shared after the event. Our interns had an amazing experience having lunch with our Chief Marketing Officer, Colin Fleming, and SVPs, Jim Lesser and Mark Abramowitz and VP Piero DePaoli. Colin shared his incredible journey from being a racecar driver to working at Red Bull, Salesforce, and now ServiceNow. The interns had a unique opportunity to ask questions and gain insights on career transitions, overcoming challenges, and the values that drive success. This memorable experience truly highlighted the genuine and inspiring culture that makes ServiceNow special! 💚
