    ITSSS-2 PRESS RELEASE Semper Valens Solutions, Inc Wins $7B FBI Contract for Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation Blanket Purchase Agreement (ITSSS-2) Canyon Lake, Texas – On June 5, 2024, Semper Valens Solutions, Inc. (SVS) was awarded the Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation Blanket Purchase Agreement, commonly referred to as ITSSS-2. As the largest IT contract vehicle ever established by the FBI, ITSSS-2 will be the primary contract vehicle for the FBI to obtain critical IT service needs for the next eight years. ITSSS-2 will provide the FBI with streamlined acquisition procedures and a vetted Vendor Pool to establish call orders more efficiently. The mission of ITSSS-2 holds immense importance, as it stands at the forefront of the FBI, standardizing acquisition procedures and forecasting critical package requirements, contributing directly to shaping the future landscape of military operations globally.     PRESS RELEASE Semper Valens Solutions, Inc Wins ~$60M DISA Contract for Command & Control Software Factory (C2SF) Ft. Meade, MD – Semper Valens Solutions, Inc. (SVS) has been awarded a ~$60M contract to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Command and Control Software Factory (C2SF) with expert research, development, assessment, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstration, transition, sustainment, and enhancement of information and intelligence software systems. SVS will operate and maintain the robust and accredited Software Factory that uses the current industry leading GOTS and FOSS tools. SVS was awarded the C2SF task order under the DISA Systems Engineering, Technology, and Innovation (SETI) multi-award contract vehicle. “We’re looking forward to building on our existing partnership with DISA to meet the demands of faster-paced future operating environments offered by cloud services”, said SVS President and CEO Scott Balmos. C2SF is THE Software Factory of choice within DISA. It is a cloud-based admin-tenant Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) integration platform hosted in accredited IL5 & IL6 environments. Its core capability is a centrally hosted toolchain of software used for the execution and auditing/testing of DevSecOps pipelines, where the Department of Defense (DoD) information technology program manager office(s) (PMOs) integrate their contracted products. SVS brings personnel with cutting-edge skillsets in areas such as AWS cloud-native IaaS, PaaS, IaC, PaC, Kubernetes and container-based security, continuous monitoring, cloud architecture & engineering, and systems integration.
