  • Site Reliability Engineer/// --- must be US citizen ---, minimum 4yrs experience, job location is on-site in Missouri, up to low 120's, NOT a remote job Reliability Engineer for Site Infrastructure - Full Time, relocation assistance, excellent benefits & pay! Position Overview: As a Reliability Engineer for Site Infrastructure, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the dependability and performance of both internal and external systems. This includes site hosting, design, upkeep, scalability, and troubleshooting. Primary Duties: Maintain and oversee network infrastructure. Ensure network connectivity and efficiency. Implement security processes for information systems. Operational Responsibilities: * Oversee network access points. * Manage network switches. * Handle network cabling. * Manage network VLAN, IP, and DNS. * Monitor network security. * Manage logical and physical networks. * Keep a log of network switch changes. * Protect infrastructure from external threats. Performance Indicators: • Ensure communication connectivity. • Complete projects on time. • Maintain network availability and performance. • Monitor eCommerce and website speed. • Plan and manage network bandwidth. • Timely completion of assigned projects. Skills Needed for the Job: * Have a basic understanding of programming principles. * Possess in-depth knowledge of networking infrastructure and concepts. * Manage and maintain switches and firewalls. * Preferred: at least some enterprise networking experience (routing, switching, firewalls, security). * Preferred: Experience with load balancing, AWS, DNS, DHCP, and certificate management. * Familiarity with microservices and container orchestration. * Preferred: Experience with tools like Ansible, Terraform, Vault, Nomad, Consul, Docker. * Some background in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Bash. * Experience with Splunk for data parsing and querying. * Experience with Windows Server and Linux. * Knowledge of security, site reliability, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and compliance best practices. email resume to::: resumes@secondmilestaffing.com Only matching candidates will be responded to due to volume/time limitations
