Seal & Design Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of die cut gaskets, seals, O-rings, and molded rubber and plastic products with global revenue of $62 million. Our company supplies to the automotive, medical, electronics, OEM equipment, HVAC, hydraulics and many other commercial industries and currently operates out of a 91,000 sq. ft. production and warehouse facility in Clarence, New York which is IATF 16949:2016 certified. Additionally, we have a 16,000 sq. ft. sales and distribution facility in Toronto, Ontario and a Syracuse, New York location which has 60,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and office space; both of which are ISO 9001 certified. Our workforce is second to none and takes great pride in delivering world-class customer service and products and providing technical support/solutions for our customers.

One women we would like to highlight to go along with International women's day is Gina. Gina Roe is our Plant Manager at Seal & Design Headquarters in Clarence. In her 1.5 years with the organization, she has grown from her role as a Production Manager into our leader over all Production Operations! She obtained her Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the University of Buffalo and has over 24 years of manufacturing experience. Women only account for about 30% of the manufacturing workforce in the United States and only 1 in 4 ascend to an equal level of leadership. Seal & Design would not be the same without Gina!
