I am writing a story for The BioHire Journal on what increased unemployment in biopharma means for the sector, in terms of how recruiters and HR professionals approach their work filling roles (in research, commercial and general & administration). I’m looking to interview 1-2 people in the sector who are currently unemployed or were unemployed and recently found work (people working for biopharma companies in scientific, commercial or G&A roles).
