We’re moving! We are expanding our presence in Dallas by leasing space on the 14th floor of Granite Properties’ 23Springs. The Class AA office tower resides in the bourgeoning Uptown submarket and is due for completion in March 2025. “As we approach our 25th anniversary of establishing roots in Dallas-Fort Worth it is fitting that we relocate to the premier office project in one of the area’s most progressive and dynamic submarkets,” said Texas Region Co-President Mark O'Donnell. “Expanding our footprint at 23Springs reflects our longstanding commitment to Dallas, as well as desire to be located within the epicenter of the business community,” added Texas region Co-President Cally Miltenberger, who is based in Dallas.
