    We are better together. At Sam’s Club, our priority is our members, associates and communities. Throughout the last week our associates have sprung into action to help give back to the Northwest Arkansas community after severe weather impacted the area. Associates have volunteered over 1,000 hours, provided more than 19,000 meals, donated 20 pallets of essential items, and more. Taking care of our communities is essential to our Sam’s Club culture – watch below for a recap of the week. #TeamSamsClub

    In the aftermath of severe storms in Northwest Arkansas earlier this week, Walmart, Sam's Club and the Walmart Foundation are rallying to support the community we call home. Together, we're committed to providing up to $2 million to immediate relief as well as long-term recovery. We're collaborating with nonprofits and suppliers to offer resources: from free meals to WiFi hotspots and charging stations, to mobile laundry and shower services. Learn more: https://bit.ly/3R8P1oj We know many communities in our broader region were also hit by severe storms recently, and we are working to quickly assess and look at how we can offer support.

    Our first-annual Member’s Mark Supplier Summit was a huge success. Our suppliers are strategic partners who play a pivotal role in helping our team develop, source and craft top-tier items for our members. Together our suppliers and Member’s Mark team have a relentless pursuit of creativity, boundary-pushing initiatives and innovation, all while keeping our members and brand values at the center.   It was an extreme privilege to host our suppliers in Northwest Arkansas, providing an opportunity to strategize our future goals and celebrate the strength and success of what we have accomplished at Member’s Mark.   As I look towards the future of Member’s Mark, I am highly aware of the instrumental role our suppliers play and I appreciate their commitment to creating a culture of consistent excellence.   Thank you to our Member’s Mark team, and guests who joined, (Chris Nicholas, Megan Crozier, Alain Nzigamasabo and Russell Mounce) for creating a day dedicated to our teams’ partnership and future collaboration. #MembersMark
