    Reading the BBC sports page this morning, I now have a new phrase I am going to adopt in my own professional life. ‘Pressure is for tyres’! The England football team took 5 excellent penalties against the Swiss yesterday, in the shootout that they won. Apparently, each player has been thinking about the psychology of this for the whole tournament. Perhaps there is something we can all learn from not putting ourselves under pressure?
