Yesterday the City of Saint Charles welcomed members from the National League of Cities. The National League of Cities is on their "Centennial Roadshow", visiting a 100 cities to commemorate their 100 years as an organization. The group was given a trolley tour of the Foundry, Main Street, Streets of St. Charles and Riverpointe.

Last night at City Council Chief Juengst recognized the promotion of two officers. Scott Olson was promoted from the traffic division to Sergeant and Sergeant Shawn Hoselton was promoted to Lieutenant. Congratulations to both officers!

Last night at City Council, employee Devlin Hutchins was recognized for receiving the Above & Beyond Award. Since his arrival Devlin has played a crucial role in helping investigators catch criminals. He works behind the scenes using advance technology to assist with arrests.
