Master AI before it masters you.

This AI made 24 TikToks in < 3 min. Here's how: #1. I typed "Opus Clip" on Google. It's by far the most exciting AI video editor. You only need a YouTube video link. That is it. No technical skill. Nothing. #2. I went to Youtube to select my video. For this example, I picked an entire podcast. Rowan Cheung & Mark Zuckerberg for Llama-3.1. Sharing clips right after the release is massive: → you can get pretty viral, without any effort. I was able to share a video within 5 min. #3. Upload the clip on Opus Clip. That's it. You're (almost) done. You just have to wait a few minutes now. And here is what I got: ☑ 39 vertical videos meant to be viral. ☑ Perfect subtitles, colorized & dynamized. ☑ Each video is ranked by virality potential. ☑ You can custom & download each video. ☑ You even have the titles & potential intro. ☑ You can add b-rolls, and even change them. ☑ You can edit by deleting words in the script. For this kind of format, timing is everything. I've seen early clips reaching millions of views. Repurpose it on TikTok, Reels & Shorts. # Bonus. Craft the perfect caption on EasyGen. My prompt to copy-paste: "I am sharing a video about [topic] with [person] talking. It's showcasing [copy-paste the title from Opus Clip]. [copy-paste the description from Opus Clip] Here's what [copy-paste the author] says: [copy-paste the transcript from Opus Clip]" ____________________ Be a content curator with AI. ♻️ Sharing is caring & supporting my content ♻️

This Week in SaaS is back! Recorded late last night with Jason M. Lemkin 🔥 Agenda: 1. Wiz: Should they have accepted the $23BN? What went down? 2. Crowdstrike: WTF happens now? Bull and bear case? 3. $1BN in legal tech in a day with Clio and Wiz. Say what?! My top 6 takeaways and why you should listen over Taylor Swift today: 1. Is Crowdstrike F****d? - No one is going to churn. They’re growing 33% at $4BN in revenue.  - They rely on selling 30 products. Upsell is going to be brutal.  - It's going to be a rough NRR year. The GRR is going to stay high, as is the logo retention. 2. Why $23BN for Wiz is not Expensive - They have gone from $0-$500M in just 4 years. - Growing 120% YoY. - Crowdstrike in the public markets was traded at almost 30x.  - This Wiz deal was not expensive. 3. We Have a Liquidity Crisis in Venture  - There has been 3 years of no liquidity.  - Brian Halligan was right, the Figma deal was the end of big M&A.  - We need to solve the liquidity crisis. 4. You Need $500M to Go Public  - To go public you need $500M revenue & 30% YoY growth. - It is possible to IPO at $200M, but you need to be growing at 50-60%.  - There just aren’t enough of those candidates. 5. Why 2025 is the Year of AI Parity - 2025 will be the year of AI parity. - Every SaaS vendor in each vertical will have the same features, the same messaging.  - 2025 will be the year of commoditisation of features and SaaS parity. 6. The Question Every LP Should Ask Every GP    - Your job in venture is not to modulate your pace, it’s to up the game. - There is a company like Wiz every year. Don’t miss them. - Every LP should ask every GP ‘Why weren’t you in Wiz?’ (links in comments) #founder #funding #business #investing #vc #venturecapital #entrepreneur #startup #seed #funding #SaaS #Crowdstrike #Wiz

    Co-founder & CEO at Gorgias

This year, my #1 goal as CEO of Gorgias is to get as many brands as possible to embrace AI automation by BFCM. So far, we have 300 brands with AI agent set up, which means we have the gigantic task of convincing another 14,700 to jump onboard. As you might have seen at this point, we’ve been super vocal about all the benefits of AI for CX, but it’s a much stronger message when merchants share their experience with AI agent proactively. So you can imagine the excitement exchanged over our company Slack last week, as we discovered and shared a recent blog post from outdoor equipment company, RIGd Supply. The post is a thoughtful message from their Founder and CEO, Luke Wronski directly addressing their customers, explaining Rigd’s recent decision to automate a portion of their support tickets with AI. His motivation was to “get ahead of anyone’s critique”, for the reasons below: → Repetitive support tickets prevent talented people from doing impactful work. →If the team is focused on responding to shipping questions, they don’t have the time to come up with new ideas to improve customer experience. → Like any new tool, AI isn’t eliminating jobs, but rather giving employees their primary jobs back. → The goal is not to lose human interaction but to gain it back, with better quality. What struck me most about the blog post (aside from the fact that it’s such a good idea and we’ll absolutely be encouraging more of our brands to reach out in this way!), is that it aligns with core Gorgias values so seamlessly — that is, honoring transparency, and putting the customer first. Deliver value, respect your staff and customers, and communicate what’s important. We should all be taking notes from RIGd Supply. https://lnkd.in/ezhggQ_W
