Meet our Development Youth Apprentice, Jaegar Dhein! Jaeger started his journey with us just over a year ago as a seasonal groundskeeper. Fueled by his growing passion and deepening understanding of the real estate and development industry, Jaeger sought out the opportunity to become a youth apprentice with our development team. We are excited to have the opportunity to support youth like Jaeger in finding their future career paths and fostering the next generation of talent within our industry. The grand opening for SCS Florence yesterday celebrated integrity, dedication, innovation, collaboration, respect, and quality. S.C. Swiderski expresses its appreciation and gratitude for the support and assistance from Florence County Economic Development, Florence County Board, Florence Chamber of Commerce, First National Bank, REI Engineering, and other partners. The new apartment community features 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom apartments with garage space in 12 unique floorplans to choose from. It is professionally managed and maintained as well as developed, designed, and constructed by our SCS team.

The rain could not keep S.C. Swiderski from celebrating its employees. Many gathered at Friday's Woodchucks game for baseball, dinner, and raffle baskets. Congratulations to the winners: Jacqui, Alicia, and Jordan.

It is nothing less than a pleasure to host a company milestone with so many great partners. Blue Stone Estates Phase II in Marathon City held the grand opening today. The professionally managed and maintained housing community was developed, designed, and constructed by our SCS team with integrity, dedication, and innovation. S.C. Swiderski would like to thank all the attendees, partners, and contributors to the project. We would especially like to thank our special guests from the Village of Marathon City, Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce , PCS Bank, Crossbridge Bank, Marathon Technical Services, REI Engineering, Inc., and the Humane Society of Marathon County. The groundbreaking for SCS Wolf River was truly a celebration of collaboration, innovation, integrity, dedication, respect, and quality. Many years in the making and listening closely to the needs of the community, S.C. Swiderski is bringing a new building design, contributing to the revitalization of the city center, and providing needed housing. Thank you to all the attendees, guests, partners, and staff who participated in the success of the event. It was a HOT one!
