Our clients are currently spending on average 1/3 less in placement costs as compared to the contingent model. We do this without sacrificing excellent customer care to our clients and candidates. We also provide detailed documentation in every invoice of how many candidates have been sourced, submitted and interviewed so you know how your dollars are being spent. Our talent consultants only work with a handful of positions at a time, so we dedicate ourselves to really exploring all possible talent.
