We understand that it’s not only about finding a right person that fits your skills but also your vision and culture as a organization . We streamline the recruiting process to make it as easy and seamless as possible. From delivering a job description that really stands out and draws in the right talent, from understanding how to correctly market positions and look for candidates in the market, to true headhunting, where we look for passive candidates, Cherry Talent Group works as your companies talent consultant. Keeping you in the loop on what is happening in the market, what your competitors are offering, we want to be the eyes and ears for our clients. Breaking away from the traditional contingent model Cherry Talent Group charges an hourly consultative rate. Our range is anywhere from $70-$85 dollars an hour depending on the type of position we are working on. Our clients are currently spending on average 1/3 less in placement costs as compared to the contingent model. We do this without sacrificing excellent customer care to our clients and candidates. We also provide detailed documentation in every invoice of how many candidates have been sourced, submitted and interviewed so you know how your dollars are being spent. Our talent consultants only work with a handful of positions at a time, so we dedicate ourselves to really exploring all possible talent.     What's your leadership style? 🤔    Critical to unlocking your full potential as a leader is taking the time to recognize what leadership looks like to you.    After all, there's no one-size-fits-all approach. We all bring different skills, experiences, goals and motivations to the table.    We stumbled across an article the other week that broke down the different leadership styles nicely...    👉 Autocratic leadership – A leadership style where you have complete control and sway over the decision-making process.    ✅ Can be good for making quick, time-sensitive decisions.  ❎ Can lead to frustration and resentment in the wider team.     👉 Democratic leadership – A leadership style centred around collaboration and teamwork.    ✅ Team morale tends to be high as staff feel valued and part of something bigger.  ❎ This can lead to slower decision-making and moments of conflict or indecision.    👉 Transformational leadership – A leadership style focused on inspiring and empowering staff to perform well and achieve their goals.    ✅ This is a great leadership style for creative and innovative work environments.  ❎ May not provide enough structure and focus for some people to thrive.    👉 Laissez-faire leadership – A hands-off approach where a leader provides minimal guidance or direction.    ✅ Allows staff to be more independent and develop their own expertise.  ❎ Can result in confusion or a lack of direction on the team or department level.    👉 Servant leadership – A leader who prioritizes their team over their own needs.    ✅ Leaves staff feeling valued and supported and can, therefore, boost productivity.  ❎ Can quickly lead to burnout in the leaders themselves.    Whether you fit one leadership style perfectly or have aspects of all of them within you, recognizing how you lead will be invaluable for getting the most out of your team (and you!)    What sort of leader are you?    https://lnkd.in/gxQkN4Ns  #Leadership #Collaboration #Recruitment #CompanyCulture
