Following a wet late winter and early spring Choate Construction Company and SULLIVAN EASTERN INC are making great progress on all site and building construction in phase I and phase II preparation. With four buildings planned for phase I, Welcome Venture Park has 394,800 SF planned with both 24' and 32' clear light industrial space available for lease. Buildings are expected to be delivered in Q3 / Q4 2024. With the help of the Raleigh - Durham Colliers team of Larry L. Lakins II, SIOR, Hunter Willard, SIOR Andrew Young, Shields Bennett, including a big lift from Amanda Roberson, phase I has preleased 128,000 SF to Cavalier / Mitsubishi Logistics and continues to attract interest from a mix of international, national, and regional tenants to the project.
