  • Meet the RESCO Team Tony Ciebell Customer Service Rep Middleton, WI Question: Tell me about your role at RESCO. Answer: I am a customer service representative with accounts in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Q: How long have you been with the company? A: I have been with RESCO for 5 and 1/2 years. Started in October of 2018. Q: What do you enjoy most about your job? A: I truly enjoy the people, both my customers and my fellow RESCO employees. Everyone is a pleasure to work with. Q: How has RESCO helped in your career development? A: Prior to coming to the utility electrical side of sales, I spent my first 20 years in this industry working in contractor, commercial, and industrial electrical sales. My colleagues helped me make the transition to utility sales successful by offering their expertise, guidance, and support at each step of the learning process. RESCO also offering access to online learning and attending in-person vendor training was invaluable. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have the knowledge and experience of both spectrums of electrical sales. Q: What are your hobbies and passions? A: I am an avid antique hunter and collector. I have a pretty extensive and eclectic collection of beer memorabilia and lights, and an assortment of other unique pieces that help to give my basement bar a “Northwoods Saloon” feel. Q: What is something people don’t know about you? A: I actually own an antique fire truck. It’s a 1947 Federal Motor Truck Co. pumper truck I purchased in Blair, WI. It is completely intact with all the lights, siren, ladders and hoses still with the truck. I grew up in Edgerton, WI and was a classmate for 12 years with pro golfer Steve Stricker. Q: What is something you can’t live without? A: My family. Paula, my wife of 34 years, is my rock and my best friend. She is the reason I am what I am today. My twin sons, Trevor and Justin, who are Electrical Engineering majors at UW-Platteville, are a never-ending source of pride and joy for me. They are both Eagle Scouts and Order of the Arrow Vigil Honor members.
