We had absolutely perfect weather for the 2nd annual RTM Field Day last Friday!!! Our People Team at RTM entered 2024 with the goal of ensuring we're highlighting the various heritages/histories of our communities each month. The last few months we're proud to say we had the opportunity to learn about the DC Black History Tours and the Women In Need, Inc. (Win) organization (https://winnyc.org/). Thank you to not only these groups for their continued work but to our team for providing these spaces for us to learn and grow as individuals.
