It is our pleasure to congratulate LeeAnn Cremin, Omar Mahmoud, and Vincent Cricco, three of our team members for completing this year's REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York) Fellows program. REBNY describes this prestigious program as a high-impact training program for rising real estate leaders from diverse backgrounds focused on developing the leadership skills needed to solve complex challenges, assess multiple perspectives and collaborate effectively. Each of our colleagues have demonstrated an inspiring level of dedication and enthusiasm to enhance their skills and knowledge by successfully completing this amazing program and personally exemplify our firm's commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth. A lesson in Black history brought to you by our ERG Melanated reminding us of why we celebrate today. Juneteenth celebrates the date of June 19, 1865, when enslaved people located in Galveston, Texas, finally learned of their freedom from the slavery – over 2 years after slavery ended through the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863. From 1865 forward, the day has held special meaning for Black Americans. Juneteenth National Independence Day was signed into law as a national holiday on June 17, 2021.

Last week our team tour headed to Port Imperial to tour some of our New Jersey managed assets. It was a morning of connection, communication, and collaboration - the cornerstones of our Rose culture and the foundation of our commitment to being the premier multifamily real estate firm in the NY/NJ/CT Metro Market.

We are thrilled to announce that our IDA application was approved at last night's Village of Port Chester IDA meeting! With this approval completed, we are excited to continue to move forward with our partners BedRock Real Estate Partners on the redevelopment of this 15 acre parcel that was once United Hospital, and will soon be a vibrant mixed-use community revitalizing the Village’s gateway from I-287 and I-95. Thank you to the Village of Port Chester IDA board and Village Officials for all of their help, and congratulations to our team, partners, and consultants on this job well done.

Join us in welcoming our 2024 Summer Interns! We are so excited to watch them learn and grow over the course of the next ten weeks. This summer, they’ll dive into the world of real estate through community tours and a speaker series with Rose leaders. The program will equip them with hands-on experience that sets them up for success as leaders in the future of multifamily real estate. Here’s to an amazing summer – we can’t wait to see what they’ll contribute to the Rose team.
