Körber and Rondo-Pak have had a close partnership in the form of a joint venture since 2015. This shift in ownership share reinforces our role in Körber's expansion in North America as it relates to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device packaging materials. For our packaging customers, we remain committed to delivering high-quality printing and converting solutions with a focus on GMP compliance, sustainability, anti-counterfeiting and packaging machine efficiencies. By bundling forces, we will continue to comprehensively be able to offer our packaging solutions on a global scale but more cohesively.
