One thing I consistently hear from brands when I ask them about email is "I usually start creating the email at 10pm to send the next morning. It's very stressful". The reason I think brands procrastinate email marketing is because today there are so many manual, mundane steps in creating an email. Take something as simple as adding a customer testimonial to an email. Today you have to go to your website, go to a product page, search through a bunch of reviews for a good one, take a relevant snippet for the review, and add it to a review block in Canva / Figma. At Ripple we believe this should be much, much easier. Ripple ingests all your reviews, filters for only the 5 star ones, automatically snips relevant pieces of it, and tags them using AI. That way, switching out reviews in an email campaign takes just a few seconds. This is one of many things we're doing to make marketing easier and less stressful :)
