I can make well over $1,000/week in UNDER 10 hours worked with side hustles (breakdown of how I do that bellow ⬇) *ALSO this is NOT including what I pay myself from self employment* YET... A lot of people look down on commission only jobs/side hustles... What are your thoughts? I say you should go get that full time job and still hustle on the side. The average American takes home less than $900/week after taxes... Why work 40+ hours for the same paycheck you could be making in 10 hours? If you're seeking full time employment .. I understand how doing a full time commission only job may not work. But I don't know a single family who couldn't use to make an extra $500-$1000 each week. As a recruiter.. every job I take on is commission only so maybe I'm a bit biased... Nonetheless, I couldn't have lasted the last year and a half being 100% self employed without taking on strange side hustles to help along the way. I have done random things like: 💉 donating plasma 📢 brand ambassador work 🎯 commissioned sales It may not be glorious, but when launching a recruiting firm with 0 existing clients and 0 money coming in within the next few months, you'll do anything to pay the bills and *full transparency* I COULD NOT have made it this far without these side hustles. Here's how I did it: Donating plasma takes 2 hours of your time every week and pays you $120. Every brand ambassador gig I ever worked pays anywhere from $35-$95+ per hour. I frequently make $450-$550+ on a single event, often times no more than 4-5 hours worked that day. As a remote sales closer, I earn a weekly payout of anywhere from $200 to $500 for closing a deal on top of monthly residual paychecks. I find it funny people still are willing to commit 60 hour weeks to a boss who would can them tomorrow if an excel spreadsheet said so. Yet they won't put a few hours a week into building something for themselves that no one can ever take away. Will 2024 be the year of the side hustle and financial independence?! In the words of J. Cole "If I'm betting on myself, then I'll completely double down". It feels like it's becoming more and more common that I'm seeing extremely talented individuals who got caught up in layoffs and are now sitting there months afterwards stuck, unable to land a new opportunity. Almost mind blowing how scarce quality job opportunities can be nowadays. They come up out of the blue and are filled by the next day. Folks are stuck taking a job they don't like for less money they deserve because it feels like the system is just broken lately.
