J&J's Cumberland, MD location hosted a group from Estonia that are traveling and discussing workforce development in collaboration with Allegany College of Maryland - Western Maryland Works program. The group was able to see the manufacturing space as well as the PennDOT trucks that will be upfitted with J&J dump bodies.

Members of the Riggs Industries team were busy with community service in the days leading up to the Easter holiday. On Thursday, the teams at Somerset Steel Erection and Lincoln Contracting donated their time and equipment to the renovation project at the Brinker building in Uptown Somerset. On Friday, members of the J&J team formed a work crew at Somerset Lake cutting trails, removing brush, and making improvements.

J&J has made a significant step forward in our commitment to serving our customers better and expanding our operations to meet their needs. In late February, J&J and Riggs Industries team members opened our new facility in Cumberland, MD with a ribbon cutting ceremony, joined by the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce and their team.
