My first month at Rialtic "is in the books". I am impressed with three things. First, every meeting is structured, every participant is prepared and the meetings are timed so you do not have long boring meetings. Second, the professionalism displayed by every person I have met and encountered with is refreshing. We know where we are going and what each person has to accomplish to deliver on our promises. Finally, the leadership team is the best I have been involved with, EVER. I have had to work with criminals, did not know that until late in the game. I have worked with CEO's that were "in it for themselves" and no one else. I have worked with C-suites that I did not trust nor respected. I have also worked with CEO's that cared and delivered to the best of their ability. Rialtic, pronounced "Re-ALL-tic" is different. Will share more about the name on my next post. We are on a mission. The ability to change an entire "lane" of healthcare is what caused me to say yes to the offer and more importantly causes me to wake up early looking forward to another day with my peers. I will put you in touch with our amazing team that will put you through the paces and will also be by your side through the entire process. BUT, let me warn you. The recruiting process is not easy. They put me through the ringer including a psychologist to measure several areas of "ME" to see if I fit what the company is looking for. This will be no different for anyone that applies. The only organization I am able to compare Rialtic to is my time with the Dallas Cowboys. The "America's Team" Dallas Cowboys, not the Cowboys of today, looked for players of character first, talent second and the best "fit" for their team. The players they drafted or signed as a free agent, like me, were all people of character. They rarely made a mistake in their hiring process. Rialtic has given me the same feeling as I felt the entire time I was with the Cowboys organization. This is why I shared with several people, after my first two weeks, "this is where I belong".
