Our series on Rhyze pillar values continues today with number 5: Investment-grade. A direct result of our accreditation pillar, our commitment to offering investment-grade products means that the products that we add to the platform prioritize maximizing the appeal of the secondary market. We do this by setting the bar high on our credit, documentation, and performance standards.

Today we have three investment opportunities backed by the same sponsor to share: these are Shell/Chevron service stations located in Florida. Demand for fuel remains high, and these tenants are signing new 20-year leases at closing. The guarantor has a track record of over 20 years and $9B of transactions in the CRE space, and they’re confident in the location and traffic flow of all 3 stations. Participations in these opportunities are almost gone, so act quickly if you think they sound like a good fit for your portfolio.

Our pillar value for today is number 4: Modular Design. At Rhyze, we are excited to provide our credit union customers with modular access to our end-to-end platform. This means that we are committed to meeting our customers where they are, letting them use certain elements of our platform without participating in the full end-to-end process if that provides them the most benefit. We’ve already begun releasing these modular capabilities, with many more to come! Stay tuned.

In this piece, Benzinga editor Margaret Jackson points out some of the headwinds facing the CRE sector but notes that overall performance remains strong. Here’s something that especially stuck out to us: ”[…] the most desirable office properties in the best locations will likely outperform the rest of the market, a pattern that is likely to continue over the next few years. That means commercial real estate investors must evaluate risks and opportunities for each asset and deal.” In other words, due diligence continues to be of paramount importance. At Rhyze, we have decades of experience doing just that kind of frontline due diligence; once we’ve identified and accredited a property, we’re confident that your own evaluation will confirm that it’s a solid investment. https://lnkd.in/e6r8v9Fe

Our series on pillar values at Rhyze continues today with pillar 3. Rhyze provides an End-to-End Platform. This means that we can help with every piece of a loan, from origination and closing, to servicing, and capital markets services. We can manage as much or as little of the process as you’d like (because we also provide modularity), and we can help with both sides of your balance sheet, whether you need to create some liquidity or deploy what you already have. If this sounds good, reach out today to learn more!

Starting today, we’ll be highlighting some of the outstanding portfolio properties available to our partners. Participations are still available for this $20+ million loan, so don’t hesitate to reach out directly at info@rhyze.com or via your Allied Solutions LLC representative. If you’re not already following Rhyze, fix that today to get more opportunities like this delivered straight to your feed!

https://lnkd.in/eQ-ahaft ZDNET recently pointed out one facet of AI adoption that we didn’t touch on in our recent blog post on AI strategy at Rhyze: While AI saves time on some work, it creates new work to take its place. Input data has to be gathered and curated, and outputs have to be evaluated, sometimes requiring a different skillset than the manual work it’s supposed to be replacing. Our favorite quote from the article comes from Peter Cappelli: “There are lots of things that large language models can do that probably don't need doing.”

In this encouraging piece, Rochdale points out a pronounced uptick in liquidity for financial institutions this year: “In the first quarter of 2024, aggregate deposit growth for the industry was nearly 11% on an annualized basis.” It goes on to argue that the increase can be attributed more to “Fed policy and changes in the money stock and the velocity of money” than consumer behavior, implying that this trend could continue throughout the year. If your credit union has found itself with more liquidity to steward all of a sudden, that’s a good problem, and solving it is what we do at Rhyze! Reach out directly or via your Allied Solutions LLC representative to learn how. https://lnkd.in/g5yfqCQb

Monday we introduced our first pillar value, Multiple Asset Classes. Today we’ll continue the series with our second: Accreditation. We’ve mentioned the Rhyze Accredited standard before, but it bears repeating. We put a great deal of effort into creating disciplined practices and consistency. So as we expand into additional asset classes, our partners can trust the programmatic nature of everything we do. From the origination channel, to the analysis, documentation, servicing, reporting, data, continued education, and everything in between – we are proud to highlight our quality standards as Rhyze Accreditation.
