It’s been two weeks and ✨ one ✨ day since I started my new role at Revive ! In addition to getting to know the people, partners, and product… Here's a glimpse of how I've been utilizing my time: ⚪️ Implemented a brief (and brief critique) process to organize projects and shift the team out of reactive mode when possible. ⚫️ Set up slack channels and utilized the canvas feature for housing briefs, copy, and links. Automated workflows have been established to remind the team to share priorities every two days, hopefully promoting better focus in 1x1s. I stack my 1x1 on Tuesdays. Wish me luck! 🟢 Conducting customer interviews to grasp our customers' challenges, crucial for formulating an inbound marketing strategy that considers solutions and experiences beyond our product offering. 🟡 Developed a custom ChatGPT named “Revive Senior Copywriter” and fine-tuned it based on our knowledge base. TBH this is less a senior copywriter and more an intern at the moment 🫠 Every night I go in and train it a little bit on tone, knowledge, etc. This tool aids in generating copy for campaigns and materials, allowing the team to edit as needed, streamlining the creative direction process.
