We are excited to welcome Alicia D. as a new Relationship Manager at Revenue Management Services. Alicia brings with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in client management and receivables.   Alicia joins us with more than 12 years of experience in relationship management and client billing management, including 7 years in the healthcare industry. During that time, she efficiently streamlines the billing operations and collections process while also fostering positive client relationships with thousands of clients.   In her new role as Relationship Manager, Alicia will leverage her extensive experience to cultivate meaningful relationships, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to the collective growth and success of RMS and our partners.   We are delighted to have Alicia on board and look forward to her impact on our team and clients.

RMS is pleased to announce the promotion of Angela Brown, CRCR, to the role of Team Lead for Implementations. Angela has been an integral part of RMS for over eight years, starting in our customer support department before transitioning to implementations. In her new role, Angela will oversee a team of Implementation Project Managers, ensuring the successful integration of RMS products and solutions for new and existing clients. Her responsibilities include optimizing departmental efficiency, mentoring team members, and implementing process improvements, emphasizing her crucial role in departmental success. We congratulate Angela on her well-deserved promotion.

We are excited to add Jennifer Parker to our Marketing team as the newest Marketing Manager of Revenue Management Solutions. Jennifer comes to RMS from Clipper Distributing where she spent over 10 years as the Program Manager, leading the marketing team in creating integrated campaigns to grow market share ­­for more than 20 veterinary pharmaceutical brands. Prior to that, she graduated with a master’s in integrated media from Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Mo. In her new role as Marketing Manager, Jennifer will develop strategic campaigns and marketing plans to advance the RMS brand identity and support business growth. We are excited to announce Breanna Stone's new role as the Training and Employee Coordinator role at RMS. In her new role, she will help develop and implement training programs, work with department leadership to address training needs and support the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a positive start. Please help us welcome Heather Viviano to RMS. As a Senior Healthcare Executive, Heather will work with our clients to improve efficiency, enhance client capabilities, and develop business strategy. In her new role as Senior Healthcare Executive, Heather will be vital in streamlining and improving the current contracting and account management processes while leaning into healthcare process improvements through strategic business development. Heather received her MBA from Indiana State University. She recently came to RMS from Commerce Healthcare, where she was the VP of Strategic Partnerships Officer. There, she focused on driving new revenue growth and developing client strategies to support business objectives and expansion for specialty healthcare services, aggregators, and GPO partnerships. We’re excited to welcome Heather to RMS and look forward to watching her grow client connections with RMS.
