    Yesterday, the team enjoyed an ice cream in the sun, courtesy of North West Whippy🍦. The senior management team organised the afternoon in recognition of the hospital hitting a score of over 900 on Reputation - a huge achievement!     🚗 Beep Beep! The 2024 UK Automotive 'Quick Take' Report is available now:   Reputation’s Data Science team analysed online reviews, Google Business listings, and consumer sentiment to create this snapshot report on the sector's reputation performance. The 17-page report is a precursor to our upcoming Automotive Reputation Report with rankings, set for release later this year. Key Findings Include: ⭐ Total reviews saw an increase of 8.8% compared to the previous, signalling heightened customer engagement across the sector 🛑 Negative reviews rose by 17.5%, highlighting a significant issue that requires immediate attention to mitigate dissatisfaction ✍ The response rate for Google reviews has slightly improved to reach 88.8% indicating a consistent and ongoing effort to address customer feedback ➡ Download the full report here: https://lnkd.in/dNUuCuF9
