Such an incredible turnout at Information Management Network (IMN)'s AI in Real Estate conference in New York last week. The go-to jab that "the real estate industry is so slow to adopt new technology" is fading fast. Most of today's (and certainly the up and coming) decision makers in the industry have AI products and solutions either top of mind or in their back pocket. I had the opportunity to join a panel where we discussed generative AI and how it will improve operational efficiencies across the org chart for multifamily management companies, owners, and developers.
