We are especially proud to mention the Archuleta family was able to take advantage of the RUI Scholarship Fund to assist in his academic journey. Another oil change on the books, Lance Stegall killed it today! Lots of great questions and walked away with a full understanding of how and why!

Awesome day! Got to work with Lance Stegall today, changed out his first “big boy” compressor, Lance rock stared all the electrical. Also did some training and compressor break down with him. I always love seeing the “lights come on” for apprentices!

What a blessing of a day! Working with Juan, we did the first of the oil changes today to get ready for the R-22 conversion in a couple weeks. We only had 5 compressors to do, I showed him how to do the first one and by compressor 5, I left the room, and Juan nailed it! Nothing better than giving back and watching the next generation grow! Check out that poor pick up screen :( glad its getting a good cleaning.
