PROUD to be the founding corporate partner of Road to Hire (R2H), and the progress we've made over the last 10 years (!). Last year alone, R2H positively impacted the lives of over 1,600 students, awarded over $4 million in scholarships and helped more than 140 under-represented young adults secure high-earning career opportunities. Shoutout to all of the students, R2H instructors and staff, and the many RVers who continue to play an active role in this important work. 👏 Check out the latest R2H Impact Report now and give Road to Hire a follow - they've got even more planned for the next year and beyond! "The vibes were right and the culture was felt." 🔥 Shoutout to our Kindred Employee Resource Group, who hosted a Juneteenth cookout this week in honor of the holiday - complete with some midday Double Dutch, a DJ, great food, and most importantly - strength in community. Thanks to leaders Hailey M. Mangrum and Kayla Kimber, and everyone who joined!

🌈 🌟 Pride month tea party?! Count us in. Huge shoutout to VentureOUT, our LGBTQ+ employee resource group, for brewing up our first-ever "intersectionali-TEA" series every week this month. ☕ From NYC to CLT, RVers have been connecting to chat about the intersectionality of our communities – over a cup of tea from a surprise local vendor. Pinkies up!

It's not every day you get to ball with an Olympian - at work! 🏀 😮 Shoutout to our Bounce Out the Stigma campers, Coach Mighty Mike Simmel, University of North Carolina at Charlotte basketball players Isaiah Folkes and Nik Graves, US Olympian (!) Cierra Burdick, and more than 100 RVers (!!) who are participating in the annual Bounce Out the Stigma camp this week at HQ. Always one of the best weeks of the summer! 🌞

One of our summer interns is a triplet❗. One is training for a half marathon 🏃♂️. One is followed by Olive Garden on Instagram.... 🍝. ALL are making a real impact across our businesses this summer. 🔆 Representing 16 schools from Stanford University to University of Virginia, Tuskegee University to Georgia Institute of Technology - this group is one already working alongside leaders at RV and "leaving the woodpile higher" by volunteering with Roof Above in Charlotte. We can't wait to see what's next!

So proud of this cohort of managers - always investing in how to be great people to work with - and the leadership of our L&D team!
🎉 Today marked the completion of our 40th cohort in the Management and Leadership Essentials Program. 💡The first lesson in this 7-week program emphasizes that managing humans isn’t as simple as it sounds. “If you're not intentional about inclusive leadership, you could be excluding your people and not even know it." It requires humility, self-awareness, and intentionality. I take pride in overseeing all aspects of this program, guiding our people leaders to refine their management style, deepen their expertise, and focus on developing their teams for enhanced outcomes. 🏁 Here's a snapshot from our in-person session. Though we missed capturing the virtual sessions, a big shoutout to this exceptional cohort for their dedication and consistent effort week after week! 👏🏾 🥳 👀 Looking forward to analyzing the post-program 360 surveys to evaluate behavioral shifts and leadership growth in our participants. #leadershipdevelopment #inclusion #managertraining #learninganddevelopment #facilitator #programmanagement
