Congratulations to the RBR-Technologies sponsored Softball Team in finishing SECOND PLACE in the Howard County 50+ League this season! They boasted an impressive record of 29-5 beating out nine other teams along the way. What makes the RBR sponsored team so special? More than half of the players are proud Veterans, including retired Army, Maryland Air National Guardsmen, and other honorable service members. At RBR Technologies, we emphasize supporting our employees and their passion to ensure a well-rounded work-life balance while contributing to the communities where we live and work. Howard County Softball is only one of many community and veteran based organizations RBR-Technologies supported in 2023. Our employees are empowered to donate both time and money to organizations and charities in their community. If an organization or activity is important to our employees, then it’s important to RBR.

Our very own Chase Hollebon, an exceptional member of the RBR-Technologies family, has successfully earned his Master's in Applied Information Technology Security and Assurance from Towson University in December! Chase's commitment, hard work, and passion for advancing in the field of IT Security and Assurance have truly paid off. One of the privileges RBR has is supporting Veterans through the DoD Skillbridge program. Avery Beamon, a RBR Skillbridge intern, recently completed his internship with our company. During his internship, Avery was exposed to enabling support operations (HR, IT, etc..) within our corporation. He learned a lot about the factors a defense contractor must consider when supporting government customers as well as the factors involved in the hiring of transitioning service members. Avery was also able to obtain his Security + certification while interning with RBR. RBR’s Skillbridge internship will certainly help Avery make a well-informed decision for his post military service employer. The corporate team really enjoyed having Avery on the team during the internship and wish him much success in his future career.

At our annual Holiday Party, RBR Technologies celebrated five years of partnership with Make-A-Wish by making a heartfelt $20,000 donation to support their incredible cause! Our journey with Make-A-Wish has been nothing short of inspiring, and we're immensely proud to continue contributing to their mission of granting life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses. Together, we're making dreams come true and spreading joy during this festive season and beyond.

What an unforgettable night at our RBR-Technologies Holiday Party! We're still buzzing with excitement after a sensational evening high above the city lights on the top floor of the Gaylord Hotel in National Harbor! From delicious food and drinks to dancing the night away to live music, it was a memorable celebration! We couldn't have asked for a better way to cap off the year than with the company of a special Guest- NFL Hall of Famer and Superbowl champion, Baltimore Raven safety Ed Reed! His presence added an extra layer of excitement and made the night even more extraordinary! But what truly made it magical was sharing this special occasion with our incredible employees and their guests. As always, RBR showed appreciation by showering our team with amazing gifts, prizes, making heartwarming donations, and creating lasting memories. At RBR-Technologies, our Holiday spirit shines brighter with giving back! This year we had an amazing time at our Holiday party, where we also had the privilege to support the incredible work of The Ed Reed Foundation. At our holiday party, RBR capped off over $200,000 of 2023 local community support by donating $20,000 to The Ed Reed Foundation. The Ed Reed Foundation's mission of empowering at-risk youth through mentorship, leadership, and exposure resonates deeply with RBR’s core values. A special thank you to Ed Reed for gracing our Holiday party, marking the start of what we hope will be a continued partnership filled with impact and growth.

At RBR Technologies, we believe in spreading joy and giving back to our community! We're thrilled to announce our support for Toy for Tots, an incredible initiative run by the United States Marine Corps dedicated to bringing joy to children in need this holiday season! Our team has been hard at work collecting piles of toys to make this festive season extra special for children in need. RBR-Technologies has supported Toys for Tots every Christmas since 2011. RBR is excited to have collected over 200 toys for donation this year.
