  • Raising Cane’s Takes Center Stage in the Heart of Music City with Flagship Restaurant on Broadway Country music and Cane’s Chicken Finger meals – that's one craveable combination, y’all! We brought our ONE LOVE® to the heart of Music City, opening doors to a one-of-a-kind Flagship Restaurant on iconic Broadway Avenue on Wednesday, June 26.   Located on the corner of Broadway and Third Ave. N. at 212 Broadway in the historic Baxter Building, the custom-themed Flagship Restaurant pays homage to country music legends with signature city-inspired flair from local artists and designers such as Hatch Show Print Shop, Ranger Stitch, James Willis, and more. Originally built in 1891 – nearly 60 years before Nashville gained its country music notoriety – the four-story Baxter Building housed some of the city’s most bustling businesses. Now, it’s home to one of Raising Cane’s most anticipated Restaurants, which will serve Customers on the first and second floor. In celebration of the city’s rich history, the Restaurant boasts a feature wall with a colorful horse-riding cowboy made with an impressive 1.2 million rhinestones; a Johnny and June Cash tribute booth for the perfect Nashville photo-moment; a Loretta Lynn signed sequin top and one of her prized guitars; a permanently installed DJ booth; and exclusive Nashville Cane’s merch. When walking through the doors, Customers will be greeted by a 5-foot-6 tall statue of Cane III – Raising Cane’s yellow Labrador mascot and namesake – wearing her best flashy red Nudie style suit. Customers will also notice a hanging art installation from internationally-renowned perceptual artist Michael Murphy, who used 75 individual steel pieces of various designs to create a three-dimensional number “one” and “heart,” in honor of our ONE LOVE®. The Nashville Flagship is the latest of its kind to come from Cane’s and opens exactly a year from when the brand first entered New York and opened its Global Flagship in Times Square, which has since amassed more than $20 million in sales and sold more than 1.5 million Box Combos. The brand’s other flagships include South Beach, Chicago, and Las Vegas, with plans to open more across the country’s most populous and famous destinations. The Nashville Flagship Restaurant is open from 10 to 2 a.m. Sunday through Saturday for lunch, dinner, and to satisfy those late-night Chicken Finger cravings.

  • This week, we hosted more than 1,300 Assistant Restaurant Leaders and Business Unit Team Crew in Dallas, TX, for our ARL Conference – something no one in our industry has done before. Over the course of three days, our Leaders were immersed in training and breakout sessions, equipping them with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals – both personally and professionally. Throughout the conference, Co-CEO and COO AJ Kumaran shared best practices, resources and encouragement for our ARLs, including several initiatives to help them succeed and focus their time. As the next generation of Leaders, we’re proud to continue investing in our Crew by providing endless opportunities for growth as we pursue our vision of becoming a top 10 restaurant brand. “No other brand is investing in their assistant managers in this way,” said AJ. “We always do right by our Crew and I believe this investment we’re making in our ARLs will change their lives and the future of our business.” After a few days of working hard, our ARLs had the chance to have some fun with themed evening events before heading home to enjoy the Memorial Day weekend with their family and loved ones. Check out the recap video now to see what we mean when we say work hard and have FUN!

  • USA Today has named us one of the best workplaces in America – ranking us #15 overall, the highest Restaurant Company on the list of companies from all sectors and industries across the U.S. This is just the latest employer recognition we’ve received, in addition to accolades from Glassdoor, Forbes, Newsweek, QSR and countless local awards. Recognition like this acknowledges our industry leading benefits including our Wellness Benefits, First-time Home Buyer Program, Tuition Assistance, Restaurant Partner Program and opportunities for growth for our Crew and Managers. But ultimately, it recognizes our great Crew and dedicated Leaders. Thank you to our Crew and Leaders for taking care of each other, our Customers and Communities – the impact you make is undeniable. Thank you also to our loyal Customers and Partners for their support!

  • Last April, during our Timeless Horizon Conference for our Restaurant Leaders, Business Unit and Restaurant Support Office Teams, we held a Pop-A-Shot Contest. What did the winner receive? A trip to the 2024 Men’s NCAA Final Four and National Championship! We asked our Pop-A-Shot champ, Justin Schuda, to capture some of his experience and he delivered yet again. Take a look at Justin’s experience through this video – when we say we ‘work hard and have fun,’ this is an example of what we mean. Thanks, Justin! • We celebrated Monday’s total solar eclipse the only way we know how – with our Crew, of course! From our Restaurants in South Texas, our Dallas Restaurant Support Office all the way to our Rhode Island Restaurant, thousands of our Crewmembers came together to witness history.   We brought our ONE LOVE to viewing parties across the country, giving us the chance to connect with our Communities during this once-in-a-lifetime event. The Space Gal (Emily Calandrelli) even joined us in-Restaurant to share the science behind the solar eclipse.   For our Restaurants located along the path of totality, we hosted the Path of Toast-tality Campaign, giving Customers a free Texas toast with every purchase. And for a truly out-of-this-world offer, one lucky Customer won free Cane’s for 20 years – when we’ll see the next total solar eclipse.   Thanks for sharing in the fun through our stellar celebrations in this recap video

  • Raising Cane’s just wrapped up two weeks where we hosted our Company-wide Easter Egg Hunts – a highly anticipated tradition in our Restaurants and Restaurant Support Offices every year. Our egg hunts have been deeply rooted in our Culture of appreciation since the very beginning and maintain the same intention to this day – giving our Leaders the opportunity to celebrate our Crew throughout the year.   Across the country, our leaders hosted more than 850 egg hunts – providing our Crewmembers with a fun, energy-filled event including treats, games, and over 254,000 eggs filled with some BIG prizes.   We wanted to share some of the highlights of what we mean when we say, work hard and have fun!
