Louisville is once again providing the stage for the world's game! Italian giant Juventus Football Club and Brazilian powerhouse S.E. Palmeiras will be joining us this summer for the third edition of the global tournament that we'll host at Lynn Family Stadium. The fourth club participating will be confirmed soon. What a month April was for our club! We had a record crowd of 11,365 for our Thunder Over Louisville match, which was the first professional soccer game during Thunder and ended with a big 5-1 Racing win. We are on the longest undefeated run in club history (six games unbeaten) and have not trailed yet this season. We keep rising.

Very excited to welcome a Canada Soccer Hall of Famer and Liga MX Femenil-winning coach to Bev Yanez’s already-excellent staff. Going to be an exciting season on Adams Street!

Today Bev Yanez was named Head Coach for National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) Racing Louisville FC . Today was more than just another announcement of a coaching change. Today is such an incredible day for women’s sports and our athletes. Beverly Yanez came to Storm several years ago when she retired from playing in the NWSL. I can honestly say I have never met a more passionate, kind, genuine person in my life. Bev is an incredible tactician and student of the game who truly cares about everyone around her. Those players are incredibly lucky to have you Bev. They know it too. I’m crying tears of joy for you because I know this is a monumental moment in your career and I’m emotional because I know you will be literally changing the game on the treatment of athletes and pushing them to reach their potential.
