R&R Resolute Staffing Firm is open today through Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024. We have (8) openings available between 1st & 3rd shift for a long-term client of ours in Greer. These are contract-to-hire roles with weekly pay (takes about 90 days to get a perm offer with full benefits). We are hiring now till Wednesday, as work starts July 7th & 8th! Production Associate (High Heat/TAPE MEASURE SKILLS/Physically Strong) WORK IS IN GREER OFF HWY 101. Must be able to work in HIGH HEAT year-round. Measuring and shop math testing required! Schedules & pay rates 1st shift: $20.00/hr OR 3rd shift: $21.35/hr 1st shift: Monday – Friday with overtime on Saturday’s as required – 6:50am-3pm OR 3rd shift: Sunday night – Thursday night with overtime on some Friday nights as required - 10:50pm-7am Excellent math skills including the ability to understand fractions, decimals, and reading rulers and other measuring tools. Job tasks include BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Loading and unloading Machines Using Hoists, cranes, and forklifts Running Shot peens and hydraulic presses Packing springs for shipment Checking spring dimensions with rulers, micrometers, and squares General material handling and assisting qualified operators in their jobs Cleaning and organizing Demonstrating safe work behaviors Employees must be able and willing to work in the following work environment: Participate as part of a production team Handle tasks required changing on a daily or more frequent basis Work in a production cell with multiple machines and products Learn from peers and other production employees Work within the structure of a ISO 9001 quality system Work permanently on the shift assigned Experience in the above tasks is not required but strongly preferred. Qualifications Include High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for up to eight hours repeatedly lifting parts.
