The residents of Esplanade at Artisan Lakes had their ribbon cutting ceremony, on the new Venue amenity yesterday. This is the second amenity in the Esplanade at Artisan Lakes community that we have had the privilege of constructing for Taylor Morrison Homes. This amenity consist of an upscale clubhouse building, resort style pool with spa, BBQ area, cornhole area and plenty of deck and lounging opportunities. We recently completed the interior and exterior refresh of this existing clubhouse, located in Eaves Bend at Artisan Lakes for Taylor Morrison Homes. In Colabaration with the Fieldstone Architecture & Engineering team, this dated amenity was brought back to life, with new modern finishes, decor and state of the art fitness equipment.
