Florida Department of Transportation held the final internal partner meeting yesterday, June 27, to celebrate staff contributions to the Wekiva Parkway and completing Central Florida's beltway. About 65 current and former department leaders and employees shared the challenges and triumphs of this legacy project. Among the many awards distributed to staff, FDOT also presented Quest's Mary Brooks with a plaque recognizing her role in engaging the community and helping to build consensus and support for the parkway. "I'm honored and humbled to have the chance to support this project from the beginning in 2004 to its completion this year," says Mary. Congratulations, Mary!
