As we dive into the month of July, I wanted to recap some of Quartet Health's remarkable achievements from the first half of the year! These milestones highlight our dedication to expanding to whole, human behavioral health care, especially for those with serious mental illness. They also highlight our commitment to innovative value-based payment models in this space. 🤝 We renewed our partnership with Sutter Health and expanded our services to include Substance Use Disorder (SUD) support, broadening our impact and reaching more individuals in need. 💡 We introduced our innovative Whole Health program in partnership with Clover Health, addressing the physical, behavioral and social care needs of patients with serious mental illness. We are doing this with a value-based payment model. 🏥 We deepened our partnership with Independence Blue Cross, expanding our care coordination and matching services to ASO, and going live with our value-based care program for patients with serious mental illness in collaboration with PennMedicine. This is a great representation of how we are building end-to-end solutions for patients of all acuities! 🚀 We expanded our Centene Corporation behavioral health provider pay-for-performance program in Delaware, marking our 20th market nationally. Huge congratulations to the team for their outstanding work! These milestones are a testament to the dedication our team has to expanding and delivering quality care for all. I’m incredibly proud of what we've accomplished together and excited for the journey ahead. One obstacle patients constantly face is timely access to quality care. At Quartet, we're helping patients get connected to behavioral health care, fast. Our partnership with Sutter Health offers a real-word example of this commitment. A patient's PCP submitted a referral and their dedicated Care Navigator connected with the patient to discuss care needs and preferences. The patient was matched with a provider within 24 hours, and an appointment scheduled in just 15 minutes! This speaks to the true value of our partnerships.
