Shout out to Jennifer, our amazing Human Resources Director! Jennifer goes above and beyond for all of us at Quail Run, making our workplace fun and engaging. Her dedication and enthusiasm are truly inspiring. Here is a little about her; Jennifer has spent nearly 14 years working in behavioral health at partner facilities. During this time, she was in various roles and spent the last six years in leadership in the human resources department. She completed her undergraduate degree in human resources and human services at Ottawa University and completed her master’s degree at Arizona State University in organizational leadership. She is a SHRM certified professional, and lifelong learner. Jennifer believes teamwork and employee engagement are vital to creating a positive culture. Jennifer says, “I love working at Quail Run. The leadership team is engaged in all aspects of the hospital, from patient care to staff engagement. I believe all level one psychiatric hospitals have challenges, it is the response to those challenges that matters, and Quail staff in every department truly care about their patients and fellow staff members. My favorite part of working in human resources is helping candidates during the onboarding process, my team on the Service Excellence committee, and auditing/organizing to ensure compliance. I am excited to be a part of such an amazing organization and plan to continue my career at Quail Run for years to come!”

She is a committed team player, working various shifts to meet the needs of both her team and the hospital. Congratulations, Yvette!

Quail Run celebrated National Employee Safety Month by engaging in trivia centered around building rapport with patients. Our staff enjoyed learning ways to prevent injuries and had a blast winning delicious prizes!
