About us

Prosper Forum is the flagship program of the Prosper Company, a purpose-driven, inclusive community within the foodservice and hospitality industry. With a motto of “A Better Table: Elevating Diverse Talent in Foodservice and Hospitality,” Prosper Forum is an annual by-invitation event hosted by Prosper Company that brings together senior executives of the industry’s leading organizations with the next-generation of diverse talent. The second annual August 25-28, 2024 event is drawing more than 700 global executives and emerging leaders to Amelia Island, Florida. The participating companies, sponsors and executive leaders represent more than 150 of the top organizations in foodservice and hospitality. Recognized as a 2024 Prosper Accelerator, Lois supports Chipotle Mexican Grill's expansion goals and fosters future talent engagement. She champions transparent career progression, exemplified by Chipotle's visual roadmap for team members. Now the director of brand marketing, he cherishes the brand's hospitality and people. Steven contributed to Red Robin's resurgence, spearheading creative initiatives and fostering connections with consumers. He leads a diverse marketing team and is proud of their elevated creativity showcased in the brand's reboot. He advocates for diversity, equity and inclusion, valuing varied perspectives and ideas.
