Job Description for Branch Manager As an independent contractor Branch Manager at Property Investment Mortgage Group LLC, you will serve as a commercial broker specializing in commercial loans and wholesale real estate. This role involves fostering client relationships, developing business strategies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial loans and wholesale real estate. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers and general contractors. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional customer service. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Sales and Marketing: PIMG assists in implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. A PIMG Managing Partner has 29 years of print and social media marketing, as well as extensive communication skills. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. developing business strategies. Financial Management: PIMG handles this at the home office. We ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications and real estate transactions. Title & Appraisal: Handled in-house Green Light Underwriting: Secure pre-underwriting for guaranteed on-time deal closures. Our patent-pending one-touch processing minimizes paperwork for a swift close in under 30 days. We cater to fix-and-flips, fix-and-holds, single properties, rentals, portfolios, multifamily and commercial real estate. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lending, real estate, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of commercial loan products and wholesale real estate markets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Work Environment: This position typically operates in a professional remote environment with occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
