The Specialty Food Association's Summer '24 Fancy Food Show is in the books! It was an action-packed three days. We walked thousands of steps a day, perusing aisles of interesting brands. It was a great opportunity to see the latest trends - spicy sauces, freeze-dried treats, innovative ice creams (a cottage cheese ice cream?!!!) and some of the most delicious dumplings on the planet. A highlight was our rooftop happy hour at Dear Irving, sipping designer cocktails with mentors and founders and the Consumer Brews breakfast event at the Classic Car Club hosted by ForceBrands and Propeller Industries.
