Celebrating Atlanta educator Curtis Momon !! Dr. Momon has been holding down multiple roles at multiple campuses, as our community continues to deal with teacher staffing shortages. He always shows up to even the most challenging situations with a smile, and he always advocates hardest for our scholars who need him the most.

We are showing love to DC educator Sammie Poe Sammie has consistently shaped the primary grades math departments with his innovation, dedication and leadership. He is constantly looking for new ways to support and challenge his students to be the best they possibly can be.

Today we’re showing love to Charlotte educator Jamir Barnes Jamir continues to make an impact not only in his classroom, but across the greater Ranson Middle School. He provides tutoring and mentorship to students after school often forgoing time for himself to ensure his students are getting all they need. #teacherappreciationweek #LiveProfound #maleeducatorsofcolor on

We are spending all week showing some love to our Gents! Our Impact Leaders identified some Gents from each of there cohorts they'd like to give a shoutout! Each day we will highlight just a few of our Profound Gentlemen (affectionately known as Gents) for the work they’ve been doing this year. First up from Chicago, Alejandro C. Alejandro is a champion for all students by lifting up students in the Special Education Space. He's a mentor within our Mentorship Program and is always willing to help wherever he can!

When PG was looking to relaunch its intern program, we knew GardHouse which provides paid internships to college students of color, would be the perfect partner. Our intern Taufik Abdul-Jaleel - AKA Tyler - made an impact for PG with membership data clean up, creating a solid foundation for us to be able implement our strategic plan for future membership growth and engagement initiatives. He also supported us through the prep work and hosting duties for our annual Community Impact Assembly - our biggest event of the year. Tyler it was awesome having you on our team these past few months! We are excited for what your future holds and remember - ALWAYS BE AUTHENTICALLY YOU, suit and all!
