As adoption of the product operating model spreads, more and more organizations realize they may need some help. And more and more people are becoming product coaches to help those organizations out. The trick is finding a product coach that has the type of experience to help out your organization. If every company is truly a software company now, it stands to reason that product management will become more prevalent in organizations that develop software for their own use. A common term for this type of software is internal product, implying that you can approach this scenario with an approach similar you would to other digital products.
