We are excited to welcome Alison Chadwell, PE, PTOE, LEED AP, to Prime Engineering as a Senior Project Manager in our Industrial division. Licensed in Kentucky and Ohio, Alison is also a LEED AP and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE). With over 25 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge in engineering and construction management from her work with renowned corporations and transportation agencies. Alison's expertise includes program management, coordinating complex projects, and client relations. Her understanding of client-side project management and commitment to enhancing transportation infrastructure makes her an invaluable addition to our team. She has also served on the Air Cargo Committee for the ACI World - Airports Council International (ACI) and as a presenter for the Airport Planning, Design, and Construction Symposium presented by the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). In her new role, Alison will spearhead project development and execution, upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Through close collaboration with clients, she will develop tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. Alison’s previous experience as a client representative makes her uniquely qualified for this position. Leveraging her comprehensive understanding of both construction and engineering processes, she will optimize project workflows and foster seamless integration between teams. Her strategic expertise in transportation, industrial manufacturing, and client-centric project management will contribute significantly to the evolution of our service offerings and the development of innovative solutions.
