Manager of Technical Accounting and M&A Integration We are conducting a search for a Manager of Technical Accounting and M&A Integration with Multi-Billion Dollar, Fortune 500, tops in their field. Lead technical accounting assessment for new products, operational changes, partnerships or other strategic initiatives and assist with establishing accounting policies, including impacts on revenue recognition. VP of Financial Reporting We are working with a multi-billion company hiring a Vice President of Financial Reporting. This is a newly created position due to growth and promotions. This position will oversee a very well-running team of ex Big 4 professionals. The Vice President of Financial Reporting is responsible for the Company’s external investor and SEC reporting process, consolidated internal reporting, as well as oversight for transaction and deal structure analysis and technical and regulatory accounting and disclosure matters. These responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance to accounting staff. The individual in this role will work closely with a range of accounting, finance, investment, development, operational, IT, and legal associates. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Big 4 experience or a combination of Big 4 and public company experience with SEC Reporting and Researching technical accounting issues. Very competitive compensation package. The company is in the office 3 days a week in office VA/DC area.

We have a new Tax Manager opportunity, single contributor, oversee outsourced tax consultants. The candidate must have strong tax and technical accounting skills and will be responsible for administering tax policies for the firm and working with service providers to ensure compliance with the Internal Revenue Code and ASC 740. This company is a rapidly growing/very acquisitive for profit education company. This reports directly to the CAO (who is wonderful!), works closely with the CFO and oversees a group of outsourced tax professionals (they would be looking for the person in this role to make decisions on the best group to work with going forward. The person in this role will be juggling multiple outsourced projects, so they need to have excellent project management skills, an adherence to deadlines and a strong customer service mentality. Ideally looking for 5+ years of tax experience, public and/or corporate. Excellent compensation and quality of life 4 days a month in office DC/VA.
