Maithilee is a dual degree MBA/MS student at the University of Michigan with a background in climate justice advocacy. Her professional and academic experience in stakeholder engagement, climate solutions, and business sustainability will allow her to positively contribute to our project work this summer.   Maithilee is committed to a mission-driven career aimed at advancing environmental sustainability and social inclusion through business. She is excited to join the PSC team to learn more about how environmental consulting can drive meaningful progress towards companies’ climate and ESG goals. Devon is a dual degree MBA/MS student at the University of Michigan with a background in management consulting. Her expertise in social impact and sustainability, including climate target setting, clean tech investment, wildfire risk assessment, and global health and development, aligns perfectly with our mission. Devon is passionate about accelerating science-based targets, renewable energy deployment, and degrowth. Outside of work, she enjoys art history, running, and listening to podcasts. Meet Colton Babladelis, our new Project Manager at Positive Scenarios Consulting!  Colton comes to us with a wealth of experience in supply chain management, environmental health and safety, and ESG consulting. He has a proven track record of assisting clients at various stages of their sustainability efforts, from initial GHG footprinting and ESG disclosure to making year-over-year improvements in their sustainability practices. Colton is passionate about supporting companies of all sizes on their sustainability journeys. His expertise in ESG reporting and disclosures has been instrumental in helping clients operationalize and continuously improve their sustainability performance and programs. Colton holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science (MS) in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan's Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise, where he focused on sustainability strategies for companies and the intersection of food and agricultural systems with business. We are delighted to announce that Miki Tsuchiya has joined the Positive Scenarios Consulting team as an intern! Miki brings with her a background in environmental engineering and sustainable development. Miki is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Michigan, focusing on environmental sustainability with a special interest in techno-economic analysis and comparative Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of clean energy solutions. Miki brings previous experience in management consulting, particularly in supporting energy sector clients, to develop and enhance clean-energy business strategies. She is excited to join the PSC team and continue to deepen her knowledge of impact accounting through practical experience. Apart from her academic and professional pursuits, Miki is enjoying life in the water winter wonderland after moving to Michigan last summer. She recently started pottery as a hobby and enjoys both the learning process and the meditation it provides. Welcome aboard, Miki! Happy #CDP submission day! Congratulations to all the sustainability managers, energy analysts, EHS directors, responsible sourcing specialists, and all the teams who work hard every year to compile data, evaluate risks, and advance #transparency and disclosure in #climatechange, #watersecurity, and #deforestation efforts. We know it's not everyone's favorite season, but we truly enjoy working with our partners to collectively drive more meaningful reporting and inform data-driven decisions to combat climate change. Aaand we're also glad to take a break after this busy season. Our team is off the rest of this week for a short vacation -- taking time to rest and recharge before we're back at it next week working on next year's data!
