Collecting no tax dollars, the Port manages a diverse portfolio to generate revenues that support vital public services and amenities.     We have some amazing news! The Port of San Diego has been awarded a $5 million grant from the U.S. DOT for planning, design, and environmental permitting for Phase II of the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal Redevelopment Plan. The project includes crucial upgrades, including rail track replacement, seismic improvements, and more, boosting terminal efficiency and preparing for future electric vehicle charging technologies. Special thanks to U.S. Senator Alex Padilla and Rep. Juan Vargas for their continued support in securing this grant through the RAISE program.
