We're #hiring a Director of Learning and Impact in California. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, Tammy Fisher, the Director of Learning and Impact will lead the development and execution of business proposals and strategic projects to advance the Learning Center’s impact and growth. We're looking for someone who can also design and implement our learning and impact strategy to continuously strengthen our services and oversee data reporting and analytics across the Learning Center’s programs and services. Population Health Learning Center was established in November 2023 to catalyze statewide population health transformation in California, with a focus on safety net systems and low-income communities. We are a new organization aiming to align efforts and offer human-centered, co-designed solutions to advance health equity. The Learning Center will serve as the Program Office for the California Department of Health Care Services Equity and Practice Transformation initiative. Through this 5-year initiative, the Learning Center and its partners will support over 200 diverse primary care practices across #California to implement patient-centered, #populationbased care models and payment reforms. The goal is to improve health outcomes and reduce disparities for #MediCal enrollees. We are actively #recruiting our founding team to achieve this ambitious vision! Open roles include: - Chief Program Officer - Head of Operations - Operations Manager - Program Coordinator - Program Manager - Digital Content and Engagement Manager - Healthcare Data Analyst *California residents preferred, but open to all US geographies.
