We're thrilled to announce that our bee farm has been buzzing with activity this season! Our Executive Pastry Chef Devin D. Cowan and Beekeeper Sierra Malnove, with Palm Beach Creamed Honey, have shared some incredible updates: 🌼 150-175 lbs of honey have already been produced this season from just our 6 hives, and we're still going strong! This marks a doubling of honey production compared to last season. 🍯 With summer on the horizon, our honey production is in full swing. The seagrapes blooming promise a season of exceptionally flavorful honey. 🎉 Thanks to the support of our amazing members, we've completely sold out of last season's harvest! We're gearing up for an even more bountiful Polo harvest ahead.
