Digitization elevates the customer experience by driving transparency, integrating systems, and allowing for greater accuracy and efficiency,” said #PolarAirCargo’s Senior Director of Ground Operations Drew McGee during his keynote address at the Third Aviation Logistics Forum presented by Shenzhen Airport Group, U.S.-China Aviation Cooperation Program (ACP), and Boeing. McGee later joined industry leaders Xiang Feng, YTO Express; Zou Jianjun, Civil Aviation Management Institute of China (CAMIC); Han Zhanjun, Shenzhen Airport Logistics Development Co.; and Xu Chen, China Eastern Air Logistics for a lively panel discussion on transforming the industry through integration and connectivity.
