People on Point 🤩 - Meet Paul W. from our VA/TN market! He is a customer service technician and has been with Point Broadband since November of 2021. His daily tasks involve troubleshooting connections, installing new lines, and setting up equipment for our customers. Paul is dedicated to providing exceptional service by addressing any inquiries promptly and ensuring customer contentment. He enjoys hearing about the positive impact of Point's high-speed internet on customers' lives. Paul's greatest source of pride is his wife and two children. People on Point 🤩 - Meet Greg H. from our South Alabama market! Greg has been with Point Broadband for three years as an Outside Plant Tech (OSP2). His work tasks vary daily. Some days he could be preparing fiber for installation, while others focus on installing internet for customers or businesses. He provides world-class service to our customers by assisting with all prep work before installations, repairing damaged fiber, testing cabinets in new areas, and doing whatever is needed to ensure everything works smoothly for customers. Greg’s favorite aspects of Point Broadband are that we offer a unique work environment with less micromanagement, allowing for increased productivity and a collaborative team dynamic. Employees feel empowered to address and solve issues directly instead of relying on formal processes. The tight-knit group fosters a supportive atmosphere where everyone can depend on each other to complete tasks and provide assistance when needed. When asked what he is most proud of, he said, “I am proud that we live in a free country, have the right to do what we want, such as following Jesus, my savior, and knowing my wife and three kids also know who Jesus is.” Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Greg!

He is responsible for validating addresses and engineering fiber designs for Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. James offers exceptional service to our customers by collecting accurate data and ensuring the delivery of top-quality services in his market. His favorite parts of working for Point Broadband include being part of a team that offers chances for development, sharing knowledge with his coworkers, and enhancing his skills. When asked what he is most proud of, he stated going back to school and working full-time for his bachelor’s degree in the mid 2000s. A fun fact about James is that he is an avid gamer!
