About us
Founded in 1998 in St. Louis, Missouri by Tom McLaughlin, P.E., and Nelson Grumney, Jr., Pinnacle Contracting, Inc. was established with the goal of providing personalized service for every client, no matter the size or scope of the project. Pinnacle offers full-service general contracting for owners and developers in commercial, educational, health care, multi-family, senior living, industrial, leisure, office, retail, and historic renovation categories. Understanding that construction is a process that involves numerous entities, our mission is to create a pro-active management team that focuses on developing close working relationships by fostering open communication among all individuals involved in the project. At Pinnacle, we are building something more. Clients interact directly with our company's owners and know that we are part of the team, fully invested in the success of their project. We ensure that objectives are clear, schedules and plans are easily accessible, and that we provide a rapid response to all questions and project issues. Congratulations to St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Des Peres for their groundbreaking on the Phase 2 Expansion project! Pinnacle Contracting will be the construction manager on this 42,000 SF addition that includes a new gymnasium, performance stage, living stone, kitchen, and classrooms. We are excited to be partnered with Cordogan Clark as the architect and we look forward to providing more updates as this great project progresses.
